We traveled to Fort Wayne Indiana yesterday evening to play IPFW under the lights. We came away with our first victory of the season with a 4-0 defeat of the Mastodons. Freshmen Alyssa Zuccaro started the scoring in the first half off an assist from Freshmen Leah Johnson, both players earned their first points as college soccer players on the play. Stacey Lucas also tallied in the first half off a cross from Megan Amann (who also earned her first college point). In the second half Kristin McDonald created a nice goal and Gina Rossi finished off the scoring on a break-away. Alexa Arsenault and Christy Zabek split time in goal for the shut-out.
