Eager to get to California, we boarded a BGSU Shuttle bus to go to the Detroit Airport. Arriving slightly late, Amie was almost left behind but we quickly realized it and opened the bus door for her right before leaving. The wait in the airportt\ was a short one and getting through security didn't take as long as we thought it would, despite people forgetting that you can't bring bottles of water through the checkpoint (Kelsey and vondy!). We're about to board our plane to fly to Chicago and after a short lay-over, WE'LL BE IN CALIFORNIA!!!! :)

I was not late!! I was helping Emily carry her stuff to the bus but no one was nice enough to help me with mine so I had to go back and get it! Just had to clear that up... :) -Amie
